Tonle Sap Lake: Ecotourism Potential
Hospitality Private Sector Assessment
Investors & Developers
In order to preserve and beautify the unique natural context that is Tonle Sap Basin Reserve, we offer here a forum for current and future stakeholders in the development of inventive and sustainable ecotourism resources.

Based on our two-year exploration and documentation gathering, our partners at Langphum Capital have worked on a Business Plan aimed at helping future investors and developers in:
-
comprehending the Cambodian legislation on land property and protection of natural reserve areas;
-
measuring risks and potential return factors in ecotourism development around the Tonle Sap Lake;
-
exploring possible involvement in R&D initiatives aimed at designing more environment-friendly and sustainable building structures for hospitality developments in fragile ecosystems.
